New York - We spent a few days in the big apple meeting with partners, clients, and eating pastrami at kats.
Washington D.C. - We then headed over to the capital to meet with more clients and cultivate our ongoing govenment contracts.

Company Name Change
Im-Ex II Inc. has had an official name change to Im-Ex Global, as it is a better representation of what we do. Also, II (standing for International Interchange) was constantly being mistaken for the roman numeral.

Im-Ex II Inc. expanded to government contracts, and is currently working on both State and Federal.

Total Package eCommerce Solution
Im-Ex, Pure Studios, and e-Mersion (Formely Fourth Star) have teamed up with a number of Professional Associations to develop a custom eCommerce solution to not only provide discounted electronics to their members but also to incentivize new members to join. This project enters its beta stage this month and will go live 3/1/2008.
The first of these associations is the Software Association of Oregon. With thousands of members and sponsors such as Microsoft, IBM, Comcast, HP and more Im-Ex has been able to provide services and products that fit the SAO and it's members needs perfectly.

Founders Seeking New Products
Pres. Ryan Berezay and V. Pres Tyler Nieforth will be touring Taiwan and China February 2006. On that trip they will be testing hundreds of new products, and selecting a few choice items to bring back to the American people. Expect to see a new assortment of goods available for Spring of 2006.

Online Store Coming Soon
Im-Ex is finally developing an online store, so the great products previously only available to retailers will now be available directly from our web site. Completion of the store is expected in January of 2006 with an opening date some time in February.
